They are coached interval workouts held at various venues year-round.

Indoor Season

Indoor workouts start November 3rd. We meet on the UM Indoor Track in the field house just off of State Street. Enter the gate north of Yost Arena and drive about 200 yards. MAP

Participants warm up on their own starting at about 7:00 p.m. and the workout starts at 7:30 p.m. Stani Bohac* will coach the indoor workouts. Workouts are scheduled for AATC members; non-members are welcome to take a test drive but encouraged to join the AATC if they enjoy the workouts and the club.

This season the AATC will have exclusive use of the indoor track (no overcrowding!) but because UM has begun charging the AATC for track use we are forced to charge $5 for members, $7 for non-members.
