PAID POSITION AVAILABLE: Part time AATC Accountant Print E-mail

Responsibilities include:

  • tracking and monitoring overall revenues and expenses
  • processing deposits and payments for AATC sponsored races
  • liaison with Race Directors on all financial processes
  • ensuring that the AATC meets all non-profit financial requirements
  • completing and filing annual federal Tax Form 990 & annual Michigan return
  • creating annual budget and tracking budget to actual
  • issuing monthly reports for AATC Board of Directors

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years experience in the role of accountant
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • significant experience working with small businesses or organizations
  • knowledgeable of non-profit financial requirements
  • interest and belief in the mission of the Ann Arbor Track Club
  • willingness to charge lower fees to reflect non-profit nature of AATC
