Note: the above course map is outdated: different starting point, and the course is slightly modified.

Starts at the dead-end of N. Earhart Pl. MAP (continuation of Old Earhart Rd.) north off Plymouth Rd. (east of US-23 interchange), near the church at the south end of Domino Farms.  Head out around Domino Farms, then onto Ford Road.  Enter Marshall Park, running the hilly and windy trails, exiting on Dixboro Road near Plymouth Rd.  Head south on Dixboro Rd., entering the U-M Matthaei Botanical Gardens trails near the barn, and emerging near the conservatory.  Then it's back out onto Dixboro Rd. and briefly into a subdivision, where we enter the trails behind the U-M East Medical Campus, emerging on Earhart Road heading south.  Finally, head north on Old Earhart Road crossing Plymouth Rd. back to the start.  Ford Road is a pretty country road. The other roads are wide, safe, and pleasant with little traffic, especially on weekend mornings. Full route is about 6 miles.  The same loop usually has been run counter-clockwise.
