improve our fitness and performance. These are for members, but non-members are welcome to take a test-drive.
Tuesday Night Workouts
These are coached interval workouts held at various venues year-round.
Workouts move outdoors on April 3, 2007. Meet at the UM Outdoor Track, adjacent to
the Indoor Track Building, 1000 S. State St., 48109.

Time:
Warm up at 6:30pm, workouts begin at 7:00pm.
